Key Indicators Performance Target
The objective of the business plan for Three Wise Ships Studios is to develop a successful digital marketing plan using specific channels to target consumers that will lead to abundant sales and profits. All the channels will contribute to the marketing key performance indicators of Three Wise Ships Studios. Search Engine Optimization will contribute to the key performance indicators of web browsing among Internet Users of consumers buying movies of Three Wise Ships Studios. Paid search or paid per click advertising will contribute to the financial key performance indicators of Three Wise Ship Studios. Promotion and PR advertising will contribute marketing and production key performance indicators of Three Wise Ships Studios. E-mail and affiliate marketing will contribute to key performance indicators of sales. All channels will contribute to the key performance indicators of sales, marketing, production, purchasing and fiance.
Metrics
Three Wise Ships Studios may need software metrics to evaluate the performance of the channels used to evaluate key performance indicators of the digital marketing plan. The software metrics will be able to evaluate performance metrics of planning, organizing, control and improvement of the channels used for the digital marketing plan of Three Wise Ships Studios.
The Value of Conversion
There should be an explanation to the value of conversion. I would need to understand how to convert different key performance indicators of the digital marketing plan to create sales and profits for Three Wise Ships Studios. Modern technology is able to provide value calculators to make the process of converting different key performance indicators of the digital marketing plan easy. Otherwise mathematical formulas for the value of conversion is able to calculate key performance indicators of the digital marketing plan.
The Cost of Conversion
The budget was one million dollars. I wanted to divide one million dollars into five channels. Each channel would have $200,000.00 in the digital marketing budget plan. I would need to calculate the value of acquiring a customer by the total cost of the advertising campaign by the number of conversions to the the cost of the conversion.
Changes in the Digital Marketing Plan
Whatever changes I may do in the digital marketing plan will probably be just in the general research of conducting a digital marketing plan. I think I would just want to improve my methods of conducting research for a digital marketing plan of my business plan Three Wise Ships Studios productions.
